Ideal summer find!
The staff were amazing, they were all incredibly welcoming from the front desk, spa staff and waiters. The shuttle service was very useful for getting into town and back. The food in the hotel was very tasty and luxurious. Pascal the head waiter was a legend and a great host in the evenings. The views from the hotel were top notch, beautiful light on The Dolomites in the evenings. Meeting Madame Lorenzetti was a highlight of the stay there, she was welcoming and a great host. Would love to go back there, the photos and videos we were able to capture while staying were beautiful. The area is surrounded by a multitude of hikes for all abilities and ages. My Partner is professional photographer and videographer and would love to send the hotel some of the pictures and video as a bit of a thank you for the wonder stay and experience.

Excellent! Staff and services very recommended, good position and very good breakfast.
Shuttle service to city center active 24/7, staff very gentle and always trying to solve any issue with an eye to the client. Very good breakfast, and even cakes as a gift for the trip back :)
Facilities need a bit of renewal (elevator is old, water pipes making loud and creepy sounds in the night, jacuzzi full of scratches and a bit rusty).

Fantastic hotel
One of the best hotels that I have stayed at! We had problems with our car so we arrived later than planned. When we arrived we were opgraded to a better room (maybe the staff felt sorry for us?) Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant, who were polite and quick to smile, even when non italians like us made mistakes when ordering food. Quick service, delicious food, great coffee in the morning. The shuttle service from the hotel worked well. Mrs Lorenzetti was charming and friendly, met us when we arrived, and came with some small cakes as a present when we left. Thanks for a great stay - we will be back.
